Our menu includes many typical Tuscan cuisine specialties, such as homemade appetisers, excellent pasta dishes, ravioli alla Capresana, porcini mushrooms tagliatelle, tortellini with truffles, and polenta with wild boar. We offer tasty main courses like roasts mixed spit roasted, skewers of thrushes and various wild game, fried lamb cutlets, grilled steaks and also porcini mushrooms, both fried and grilled. Our chef also prepares tasty homemade cakes, including delicious tarts with our homemade blackberry jam.
